ولكن بفضل الله تعالى وبولاية أهل البيت عليهم السلام، فشل هذا العدو الغاصب للحقوق فشلاً ذريعاً في تحقيق اهدافه المرسومة والتي تراجع عنها تباعاً خلال الحرب، ولم يستطع أن يحصد إلا الهزيمة النكراء والذل والمهانة والخوف لدى جنوده المتعثرين، وذلك باعتراف كبار قادته العسكريين والسياسيين. وفي المقابل فقد كان من حسنات الحرب أن وحدت اللبنانيين والشعب اللبناني بكل طوائفه حول مبدأ المقاومة وثقافة المقاومة، وزدات اللحمة وقويت شوكة المقاومة بإذن الله وانتصرت على أعتى عدو لله ولرسله في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، حيث سطر المجاهدون بدمائهم الزكية أشرف الملاحم القتالية وأشرسها، وأكدت موت نظرية الجيش الذي لا يقهر، نعم... فقد قـُهِرَ هذا الجيش على يد المقاومة البطلة في لبنان، وكتبت بصبرها وصمودها وانتصارها المجيد تاريخاً جديداً مشرّفاً للأمتين العربية والإسلامية..

In contrast, it was the merits of the war that had united the Lebanese people, with all its sects, around the principle and culture of the Resistance, which makes solidarity, and strengthens the Resistance thorn by help of God, and won the mightiest enemy of Allah and His messengers in the Middle East, where the pure blood line of (Mujahideen) drawn honest epics of hostilities and brutal, which assured the death of theory of invincible army...

Yes... This army has undergone, at the hands of the heroic Resistance in Lebanon, and wrote by its patience and steadfastness and glorious victory, a  new history for the Arab and Islamic Nations..
