قامت بلدية حاروف بإضافة لوحة عمرانية جديدة إلى باقة الإنشاءات المتميزة في البلدة، وذلك ببناء صرح فني معماري جميل عند مدخلها الشرقي يمثل قلعة صخرية مزينة بالأضواء والصور واللوحات، حيث تم تثبيت أربع ساعات كبيرة على جهاتها الأربع... فكانت بحق تحفة معمارية تميز بلدة حاروف عن جيرانها الجنوبيات..

The municipality of Harouf adding up a new panel to the distinctive bouquet of construction in the town, and stated that the construction of a beautiful technical architect at the eastern entrance as a rock fortress decorated with lights, pictures and paintings, added with four big wall clocks fixed to its four destinations...  It was truly an architectural masterpiece distinguishes the town from its Southern neighbors...
